Please note that you are about to purchase a natural stone product.  Due to the unpredictable properties of natural stone we are unable to guarantee the consistency of color, quality, or sizing of products supplied.   Website images, descriptions, and physical samples are all provided to give the consumer a general overview of the product characteristics, but in no way do they guarantee that the actual shipped product will be an exact match.  

Product sizing is the most common issue our clients have with the shipped product.  Natural stone sizing is nominal at best.  What the industry calls a 2”-3” pebble if measured with a ruler, typically equates to a 4”-5” piece if measured at its largest dimension.  For this reason we have     created a sizing guide for a better explanation of how product sizing in this industry matches up with actual measured size.  While the article discusses the Mexican Beach Pebbles specifically, most of our other products have similar size and naming characteristics.

Our products are not manufactured goods and are therefore prone to variations in color, density, shape, and size.  As with hardwood flooring or tile we suggest mixing from multiple pallets during installation to achieve a consistent appearance. 

Due to the high cost of freight on items of this weight, we cannot accommodate returns of any kind.  Please read our FAQ in this topic here.
